CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO HÀNH
Bảo hành sản phẩm là: khắc phục những lỗi hỏng hóc, sự cố kỹ thuật xảy ra do lỗi của nhà sản xuất.
– Sản phẩm được bảo hành miễn phí nếu sản phẩm đó còn thời hạn bảo hành được tính kể từ ngày giao hàng.
– Thời hạn bảo hành được ghi trên Phiếu Bảo Hành và theo quy định của Mỹ nghệ gỗ Việt đối với tất cả các sự cố về mặt kỹ thuật.
– Có Phiếu bảo hành và Tem bảo hành của Hãng sản xuất trên sản phẩm.
– Sản phẩm bảo hành sẽ tuân theo qui định bảo hành đối với các sự cố về mặt kỹ thuật.
I/ Quy định về chế độ bảo hành, bảo trì sản phẩm
Tất cả sản phẩm của Mỹ nghệ gỗ Việt được bảo hành 12 tháng và bảo trì 05 năm. Trong thời gian bảo trì, công ty hỗ trợ các chi phí nhân công sửa chữa. Khách hàng chỉ phải trả chi phí thay thế các phụ kiện bị hư hỏng (nếu có).
Trong trường hợp sản phẩm bị trục trặc, tuỳ theo tình trạng, thời gian khắc phục có thể từ 3-5 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông tin.
Khách hàng vui lòng xuất trình hoá đơn mua hàng, hoặc phiếu bảo hành cho nhân viên kỹ thuật phụ trách.
Thời gian phục vụ: Tất cả các ngày trong tuần, từ 8h sáng đến 17h tối.
II/ Các mục không nằm trong bảo hành
Mỹ nghệ gỗ Việt sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm bảo hành trong các trường hợp sau:
– Các trường hợp hỏng hóc do sử dụng không đúng chức năng hoặc bảo quản sản phẩm không đúng cách từ phía nhà sản xuất.
– Những hao mòn trong quá trình sử dụng của khách hàng theo thời gian như phai màu tự nhiên hoặc lão hóa của bề mặt sơn,…
Bao gồm cả các trường hợp trầy sước, bong tróc, rách, rạn nứt… của các bề mặt này
– Các sản phẩm hết thời hạn bảo hành.
– Các sản phẩm bị thay đổi so với kết cấu so với ban đầu.
– Các sản phẩm không có phiếu bảo hành hoặc hoá đơn mua hàng hợp lệ.
– Sản phẩm bị gẫy, vỡ, trầy sướt, biến dạng cơ học do lỗi của người sử dụng.
– Khách hàng tự ý sửa chữa khi sản phẩm trục trặc mà không báo về công ty
– Sản phẩm được tẩm sấy chống mối mọt từ bên trong bản thân sản phẩm. Mọi tác động do môi trường bên ngoài như: ẩm ướt, mối, chuột… sẽ không được bảo hành.
– Sản phẩm bị ngập nước gây nở, cong vênh. Sản phẩm bị tác động của hơi nước hoặc nhiệt độ cao.
III/ Hướng dẫn sử dụng và bảo quản sản phẩm:
– Quý khách không để các loại hoá chất, dung môi tiếp xúc trực tiếp với sản phẩm
– Không để ánh nắng rọi trực tiếp vào sản phẩm. Tia cực tím của ánh sáng mặt trời sẽ làm hư hỏng và lão hoá bề mặt lớp sơn, bạc màu vải, da hoặc simili.
– Không để sản phẩm ở môi trường khắc nghiệt, nóng lạnh đột ngột
– Tránh đặt những sản phẩm gây cháy gần sản phẩm làm ảnh hưởng
